Sauvignon Blanc

Fetzer (California)

Our Sauvignon Blanc opens with classic aromas of freshly cut grass, accented by layered notes of Kaffir lime, kiwi and citrus blossom. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine is bright and crisp, with flavors of melon, grapefruit, pear and pineapple, all framed by an inviting mouthfeel and a lingering finish.

Prisma (Chile)

Citrus notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, combined with a mineral undertone lead to a crisp, elegant, and well-balanced finish.

Tarrica (California)

An aromatic and lively Sauvignon Blanc with a light straw color. Citrus, grassy-stone fruit aromas. Medium-bodied with citrus and stone fruit flavors followed by flinty notes and a refreshing fruit finish.

Riebeek (South Africa)

Chardonnay

Fetzer (California)

Our Sundial Chardonnay is bright and balanced, with layers of fruit-forward flavor. Notes of baked apple, pear, citrus blossom and crème brûlée on the nose give way to a crisp, medium-bodied palate. Pronounced flavors of exotic pear and lemongrass are balanced by subtle suggestions of caramel chew and cashew, layered over a lingering finish.

Our Chardonnay is a rich, medium-bodied wine with hints of oak and lush tropical and stone fruit flavors on the palate. Crisp and refreshing, this wine can be enjoyed with a variety of fish and chicken dishes or all by itself on a warm summer afternoon.

Cape Heights (South Africa)

Unoaked-Fresh, tangy stone fruit and pear on the nose with a hint of jasmine. All this fruit follows through on the palate, just with more intensity and length. There is real breadth and character in this wine that follows through to a refreshing finish.

Alias (California)

In the glass, the wine is a bright straw laced with honey. Aromas of tropical fruit, vanilla bean, banana, and apricot invite you in. On the palate, the texture is round and smooth with bright acid. Flavors of pineapple, guava, buttered toast, and banana balance together into a wine that is both rich and refreshing. It’s all about varietal expression, and this wine has all the moves.

Black Ridge (California)

Notes of lemon, pear, green fig, and vanilla bean comprise the aroma profile of this mountain Chardonnay. Flavors of pear and fig unite in the palate, leading to a hedonistic, butterscotch-like texture.

 

Pinot Grigio

Fetzer (California)

This Pinot Grigio is clean and fresh, with a fruit-forward character and a crisp acid backbone. Vibrant aromas of mango, pear, orange spice, lemongrass and pineapple segue to an inviting palate of tropical fruit, apple, pear and orange citrus. A pleasing hint of minerality is underscored by a wonderfully round finish.

Our Pinot Grigio displays fresh, delicate floral aromas in the nose. In the mouth, there are citrus  flavors of lemon) and lime supported by a full, long finish. The wine is perfect for sipping al fresco on a warm afternoon.

Mirabello (Italy)

A fresh dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas. Crisp and delicate on the palate with lightly honeyed fruit balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish.

Il Cantico (Italy)

Pale, straw-yellow color, aromas of citrus and apple. The texture is crisp with bright acidity and just a hint of almonds in the finish.

Terrica (California)

This crisp refreshing, medium-bodied wine has delicate aromas of melon and kiwi with a plush mouth feel and lingering mineral complexity.

 

Cabernet Sauvignon

Fetzer (California)

Our Valley Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon leads with a deep ruby hue and engaging aromas of dark berries, spice, violets and cassis. A multi-layered palate features supple blackcurrant, framed by subtle tones of mocha, caramel and toast. Medium-firm tannins imbue the wine with structure, balance and depth, leading to a polished, lingering finish.

Line 39 (California)

Our Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits rich fruit flavors of currant, blackberry and ripe plum with hints of black tea on the palate. The wine finishes with subtle, smooth tannins that don’t overpower this easy-to-drink Cab.

Alias (California)

In the glass, this Cabernet Sauvignon is beautifully deep garnet in color. Notes of ripe, dark fruit are forward on the nose, followed by notes of light leather and pomegranate reduction. On the palate, bright acidity and lively tannins bounce across the tongue, finishing with warm flavors of vanilla and leather.

Black Ridge (California)

While a little shy at first, with aeration, this Cabernet Sauvignon opens up to nice oak spice, blueberry, blackberry, and cranberry notes. Abundant tannins  and great structure makes for a grand entrance into the flavor profile.

Line 39 Excursion is a proprietary Red Blend offering concentrated aromas of blackberry jam, ripe raspberries, mocha and warm toasted oak. The rich and structured palate of plum, dark chocolate, sweet vanilla and spice culminate into a long and lingering finish.

Alias Secret Agent Red Blend (California)

Dark brick red in the glass, with bold aromas of ripe red fruits and pepper, tobacco, followed with smooth cedar and plum. These notes continue onto the palate with hints of wood and earthiness. The tannins are smooth and well balanced.

Black Ink (California)

Full-bodied, with aromas of spice and blackberry. Flavors of toasty oak, cherry, and raspberry with lingering tannins, balanced and smooth.

 

Riesling

Tarrica (California)

Pale yellow in color with scents of flowers, pear and stone fruit. Medium-bodied and elegant with green apple, stone fruit and mineral flavors finishing with a touch of sweetness and lingering fruit flavors.

Peter Mertes (Germany)

Aromas of pressed apples and pears turn fleshier and riper on the palate of this forward, concentrated Riesling. Sumptuous peach and apricot flavors amass a honeyed sweetness on the mid-palate, balanced neatly by squirts of tangerine acidity.
